Overview

An opportunity to join one of the UK's leading Construction Main Contractors Our client is a £750m turnover Contractor specialising in Residential, Commercial and Mixed Use Schemes across the country. We have been asked to supply a Customer Care Coordinator to join their London Head Office on a permanent basis. Working mainly on Residential projects, you will manage the aftercare on a variety of construction projects, ensuring tenants, landlords and homeowners have any quality issues resolved quickly. Customer Care Coordinator responsibilities: - Responding swiftly to customer requests ensuring all issues are managed quickly and efficiently. - Managing departmental diaries and arranging appointments for service calls. - Raising instructions / defects notices via customer service database to Contractors, Suppliers, Site Managers etc. monitoring and reporting progress of works. - Ordering materials via Buying Department or direct with suppliers. Logging incoming invoices and tie-ups with contra-charge notices. - Monitoring sub-contractor performance, report in to Customer Service Manager. - Producing accurate weekly and monthly reports. - Managing and maintaining the customer service database. - Manage customer expectations and delivering excellent customer service. Experienced required: - Ideally you will be from a Construction or Building background - Excellent communication skills - Strong IT skills. - Highly organised. - Experience working with KPI's - Able to build relationships with Internal and External Stakeholders Our client offers great career development opportunities, training and salaries and packages.
