Overview
Macildowie is pleased o be working alongside a Derbyshire based organisation as they look to recruit a number of experience Buyers on an Interim basis until the end of the year. You will be working with in a newly created team, that focuses on supplier relationships, performance and management. Key responsibilities are: Management, negotiation and agreement of purchase contracts Completing Parts Approval Process in a timely manner to ensure smooth delivery Interface between business and suppliers to resolve issues Hands on transactional ordering and day to day purchasing duties Work with wider business in terms of procurement needs and change requirements Manage changes orders in an effective and efficient manner To be considered for this role, you must be able to display the following skills and experience: Will have worked at a Purchasing Manager or Senior Buyer previously Previous experience within Purchasing in a Manufacturing organisation Experienced with implementing Suppliers contracts Strong supplier management experience Good communication and able to influence change This is an urgent requirement for the client, therefore you must be immediately available or short notice. The role is deemed inside IR35 and will attract a PAYE rate of between £20.00 - £30.00 per hour.
