Overview
My client is a leading defendant law firm who are based in the North West. They are currently recruiting for Fraud Legal Assistant to join their team based in Bolton. The Fraud Legal Assistant role involves working on Enforcement files on behalf of a wide range of Insurance clients. Whilst you won't have your own files, you will be responsible for carrying out individual file handling tasks on cases for and in support of the File Handler. Duties will include: Instructing and working with Counsel and agents Drafting enforcement documents Carrying out asset checks and preparing reports Negotiating settlements You will have: A keen interest in Law and have your LPC Experience of drafting court documents and understanding of processes Good telephone and communication skills My client can offer a competitive salary alongside benefits to include 25 days holiday per year (opportunity to buy & sell 3 days) Health Cash Plan Pension Contribution based Discounted Tickets for Merlin Attractions nationwide Discounts at local retail outlets Candidates who have Costs experience are encouraged to apply as my client will look at re-training.
