Overview
As Contracts Governance Specialist you will support the client’s extensive delivery plan to provide affordable homes for purchase. You will play a key role in setting up and operating governance frameworks whilst developing positive relationships across the workforce. Responsibilities include: Provide administration support and diary coordination Challenge/support and help to improve existing governance frameworks Manage and communicate processes and procedures Facilitating contracts governance meetings Prepare status reports The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or will hold a professional contract management qualification. They will have strong contracts governance experience and knowledge of help to buy programmes. The role will require travel and mobile working across various office locations.
