Overview

As Contracts Manager your purpose will be to provide business, contract and operational management for 3rd party contracts with a focus on help to buy and mortgage administration. You will ensure the best interest of the customer is always put first, that industry standards are maintained and KPIs are met. Responsibilities to include: Management of supplier relationships Financial management of contracts Ensuring contracts are delivered within frameworks and standards Act as conduit for contract change and variations Producing and reporting on service improvement initiatives. The ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of bids, tenders, proposals, procurement and legal agreements. They will have experience of managing suppliers, cost management initiatives, and contracts management. This opportunity is suitable for a professional with PMO skills and knowledge of Help to Buy would be a benefit.
