We understand that all businesses are different so we listen to our clients to co-create a bespoke programmes that are completely fit for purpose. Responsibilities To act as the main day-to-day consultant on Voice of the Customer client accounts To advise clients on the best solutions to address their needs To manage all aspects of project scoping and planning including defining and prioritising deliverables, agreeing timings and costs and identifying risks/issues To manage the commercials on all projects To identify ways to evolve the programme to ensure it remains fit for purpose To present key insights to clients and recommend actions to drive improvement and ultimately deliver ROI To identify ways to grow client accounts To liaise with third party organisations/partners as part of project delivery To work alongside the technical team to manage each client account To work closely with the R&D team to understand different client offerings Experience experience in a market research operations or insight role You will have worked in a role where your primary focus was project management or client handling Experience of programming using Decipher or Confirmit (knowledge of other platforms would be advantageous) Proven experience of working with SPSS or other data processing tools Have experience and knowledge of web technology, online panels and databases Personal Attributes Quality focused/excellent attention to detail – the drive and focus to ensure everything Watermelon delivers is of the highest quality and perfect first time Communication skills – being able to confidently and clearly advise and communicate with clients in all sectors using both verbal and written communication An open mind – always open to new ideas of working and a passion for seeking new ideas and insights that will benefit our clients Confident with data – high levels of confidence in dealing with data sets across all methodologies and sources An interest in insight – a genuine interest in how to help our clients make real business improvements and achieve ROI
