Overview

The permanent division of Macildowie is working with growing company to recruit for a part-qualified Management Accountant to join their growing team based in Luton. The Management Accountant will be paid a salary of up to £35,000. Duties and Responsibilities: - Preparing monthly Accrual, Prepayment and P&L related schedules within very strict deadlines. - Reviewing AP Postings and Accrual schedule. - Daily Cash Clearing Account Reconciliation. - Reconciliation of Staff Debt Account. - Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations. - Analysis of Desk P&L-Trading and Non-Trading. - Intercompany Reconciliation. - Daily Cash Clearing Account Reconciliation. - Preparing commentary for senior management. - Analysis of client and staff entertainment posting in ledger. - Occasionally covering Account Payable queries. - Reviewing AP Postings. Skills and Experience: The ideal candidate will have minimum two years experience within management accounts and have a keen drive to further their studies. The candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills and feel confident communicating with both finance and non finance personnel. The candidate should live locally to the Luton area. Salary and Benefits The Management Accountant will receive a salary of up to £35,000. The Management Accountant will receive 25 days holiday BH and an extra bonus day for your birthday. Full study support will be provided plus a day off for exams and an extra day before the exam for study. There is free parking on the Luton site.
