Overview
IT Business Analyst, Banking / Asset Management - thinkFolio Up to £80K bonus benefits City of London IT Business Analyst required by global Investment Management organisation based in the City of London. Within this role you will act as the pivotal point of contact for support and change of both current and future technology requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking/ asset management and experience of the full trading life cycle. Key Responsibilities: Work with the relevant business departments employing the agreed Business Analysis methodology to analyse requirements or issues, identify areas for improvement and design solutions in conjunction with the business. This will include elicitation and capture of business requirements and process enhancements as defined by the business area and project scope Business solution idea generation and documentation Business system and process modelling Development of functional specifications and continuing input to the software development lifecycle Produce quality analysis, design, build, testing and user guide documentation in line with the deliverables agreed Testing of solutions and process designs through test analysis, preparation and execution Support of Users in their preparation and execution of user acceptance testing Maintain contact with all relevant business and IT areas to ensure all interested parties are aware of the current status of developments Mentor secondments from other areas to provide guidance in Business Analysis and the use of the standard Business Analysis methodology Key Experience: Previous software/applications experience in a BA capacity Previous experience of thinkFolio Financial services experience, ideally banking or assess management Experience of the full development lifecycle including testing For a full consultation, send your CV to Arc IT.
