Scrum Master Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE) Applause IT is currently recruiting for a Scrum Master to join one of the UK's fastest-growing eCommerce retailers on a full-time permanent basis. The Scrum Master will be responsible for the effective delivery of the adoption, development, and continuous improvement of Agile and value-focused approaches. This will involve coaching and mentoring members of the IT and Change team, as well as the wider business in Agile principles, practices and approaches to ensure effective collaboration. This is an exciting time to join this business as Scrum Master. The business has recently undergone a major re-brand and the IT team are embarking on a large-scale digital transformation. The business is growing significantly and is investing millions in technology to ensure they can be a key player in the fast-paced eCommerce retail industry. Your role as a Scrum Master will be fundamental in this journey This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Coach seeking a varied and long-term challenge. You will feel encouraged to share your ideas and will have total freedom over your work. This is also an ideal role if you wish to avoid a busy commute into Manchester. Experience required: Experience in coaching and training individuals and teams in Agile concepts and practices. High level of delivery commitment and the will to develop high-performance teams.
