Overview
A leading FMCG business based in Manchester are looking for a Supply Planner to join their team, ideally for an imminent start. As Supply Planner you will be responsible for working with a global supply base and be responsible for all forecasting and demand planning for your given accounts, ensuring goods arrive OTIF and maintaining optimum inventory levels. About the role: Ensure stock availability and drive OTIF to the customers Manage slow and obsolete stock Engage with customers and minimise overstocks through efficient demand planning, managing of stock flow and returning stock to suppliers Route cause analysis of any issues regarding stock availability About the person: Someone available for an imminent start would be preferable Previous forecasting/ demand planning experience Ideally someone used to working with factories in the Far East with an understanding of the implications of working with long lead times Good Excel experience Excellent stakeholder engagement skills To apply for the role please send your CV to
