An exciting opportunity to join a large tech/ marketing company in West London Your new company This company is a leading specialist in the tech and marketing sector, offering unrivalled products across international offices. Aiming to improve clients marketing and sales programmes their client base spans multiple industries from tech and marketing to property and construction. Your new role Reporting into the Head of HR, you will support the UK population in this hands-on HR Officer position. Ideal for a candidate that loves all aspects of HR and is not afraid of the 'nitty gritty' of administrative tasks. Covering all aspects of the Employee Life Cycle across multiple offices, you will be required to ensure all offices are consistent in use of processes, policies and procedures, managing employee relations and providing advice and guidance. You will be heavily involved with the Cezanne system, so strong knowledge is required Responsibilities include: Work with the internal tech team on the Cezanne system Induction process and activities for pre-boarding and on-boarding Ensuring all new joins are complaint in line with the Company's policies Maintaining all aspects of the employee life cycle Maintain and develop Cezanne HR system Manage the graduate programme and training, liaising with Learning and Development Responding to general employee queries Support and develop the internal mentoring scheme Provide data and trend analysis through the use of systems and spreadsheets Scheduling exit interviews Ensuring staff welfare and benefits are maintained and promoted effectively Ensuring good relations and communications across all levels of HR and seniority Actively promote mental well being initiatives What you'll need to succeed Strong knowledge of systems such as Cezanne is required The willingness to embody the role, deal with low level HR matters through you advising Managers and Board members Superb communication skills, both written and verbal The ability to undertake HR duties independently Good knowledge of employment law and statutory processes IT literate with excellent MS Office Pro-active Forward thinking and the willingness to challenge and develop The ability to confidently support senior members Ability to prioritise What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV.
