Overview
Lab Solutions has an immediate need for a number of Sample Preparation Technicians to join a global Environmental company. This role involves logging in samples, preparing samples for analysis and storing samples in the appropriate conditions. Other duties involve data entry, maintaining consumables and following Standard Operating Procedures. This is a fast paced environment and requires the job holder to be able to work independently and accurately to meet time-lines. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who would like to develop in the scientific sector and be part of a friendly and dedicated team. The candidate will have some laboratory or production background and ideally have some basic knowledge of chemistry or microbiology. This role also requires you to be reasonably fit as there is an element of lifting involved. In return you will be given detailed training and the potential to progress within the role.
