REED HR – Employment People Advisor – Crawley – Permanent – Full Time - £25,000 to £27,000 Are you a recruitment consultant looking to get out of an agency? Do you enjoy supporting customers in their employment journey? REED HR are recruiting for an Employment People Advisor to join a reputable company based in the Crawley area. The right candidate will be supporting, coaching and mentoring customers to address their barriers to employment by providing individual tailored packages of support to give them to confidence and skills required to sustain employment. Duties to include: Undertake in-depth assessments to fully understand a customer’s circumstances, preferences and barriers to career progression Personalised tailored SMART action plans with interventions and development opportunities Fully understand the local labour market to source suitable job opportunities Work with multiple agencies to develop approaches to support customers Identify the specific recruitment needs for each employer and undertake tailored pre-screens and group assessments To support the customer in all aspects of their job-search and interview preparation Direct marketing to employers using social media and electronic formats e.g. email, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter etc Participate in continuous improvement activities to ensure that the service provided to customers continues to deliver excellent customer service If you have previous Recruitment / Resourcer experience and are looking for a new and exciting challenge please apply online with your up to date CV or email
