Overview

My client is one of Europe’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of furniture and design solutions to the Education and Public Sector market. Due to their continued growth and success, my client is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our growing business in the role of Project Sales Coordinator . As a Project Sales Coordinator, you will assist with the business growth in providing administration and sales support, as well as assisting the wider business functions. This is a really varied role and will suit someone who is good at multi-tasking. Daily duties will include (but are not limited to): Processing sales orders Assisting when preparing quotations Handling customer enquiries Offer support to the sales team Coordinate the delivery and installations of projects (This may also require occasional site visits and some physical activity in checking goods in the warehouse). Skills Required Proactive, logical and methodical approach to your workload Ability to work alone but also as part of a team Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent attention to detail Decision making and problem-solving Proficient in Microsoft Office Experience/Knowledge of Sage Line 50 is desirable Professional yet friendly manner Due to the varied and exciting nature of this role, my client is looking for an individual with around 6 months - 1 years’ experience in an admin role.
