Overview
ME Quantity Surveyor - Junior to Senior Currently working with a highly established ME Contractor who has an outstanding reputation for delivering diverse and challenging projects across a variety of sectors including; commercial, residential, retail, leisure and public. They deliver the entire process, from design, build and installation to maintenance. Due to their continued growth and success, they now have a fantastic opportunity for an M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial team. They would consider a Trainee/Junior as well as an experienced and qualified ME Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities to include: Cost Value reconciliations (CVRs) Negotiation of variations Procurement of specialist Mechanical and Electrical Sub-Contractors Assist in the identification of potential risks and opportunities on projects Managing monthly project cost reports in time for monthly Directors meetings Advising on legal and contractual issues Qualifications Experience A minimum of 1-year experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor Either degree qualified or working towards being degree qualified (Company will offer support and time off for day release) Articulate and highly numerate Strong attention to detail Computer Literate
