Overview
Supporting 3 busy Employee Benefits Consultants your role will be client facing and will include meeting and greeting clients, coordinating schedules, answering basic benefits queries and working in projects. This role has the potential to move into more of a Consultant role in the future. Client Details A slick boutique Mayfair based firm with a very reputable client base, this firm are an ambitious and growing company. They take pride in growing their own talent and therefore look to hire people who they can see within the firm longer term. Description Acting as a point of contact, meeting and greeting new clients, benefits administration, and working very closely with three Employment Benefits Consultant. Profile The ideal candidate will have 12 months experience working within a role which covers benefits administration meaning they will be confident at answering benefits queries. Ideally this person will also have a background working within the Financial Services Sector.
