Overview

A global Professional Services firm are recruiting for a Human Resources Assistant to join their London based team. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will responsible for: Provide general Administrative support across the team, including all system updates ensuring data integrity across HR databases Ensuring all employee records and files are accurately maintained in line with GDPR, ensuring 100% accuracy Supporting transition to new HRIS system Liaising with the Learning and Development team to ensure new joiner packs are sent out and information is updated Ownership of the General HR inbox; being the first point of contact for all queries and dealing with ad hoc requests, passing on queries to the relevant team members Supporting the team with HR processes, policy updates and maintaining the team pages on People portal Supporting the HR and Recruitment Coordinator with the management of the new joiner induction sessions Updating the tracking the HR system with sickness information Supporting the HR Manager in liaising and scheduling Senior Hire induction sessions - creating on boarding schedules and new joiner packs As Human Resources Assistant you will possess: A passion for Human Resources Educated to the degree level or equivalent, preferably within Business or Human Resource Management Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage a high workload Proactive and ability to manage own workload
