Destination: North Norfolk Coast Employer: Independent Recruiter: Prosper Business Recruitment Limited Salary: 32K 3K Tips Live in Accommodation Job: Sous Chef The Opportunity Serious about a career in the kitchen and want to join a team who are going places in North Norfolk Working a varied shift pattern, you will be involved with all creative aspects of the kitchen and managing/developing the junior kitchen team whilst assisting the Head Chef. Previous fresh food experience is essential alongside a passion for quality. The menu is derived from the best selection of locally sourced, fresh produce with some exciting seasonal twists. Offering a range from pub classics (with a twist) to high end bistro style dining and even stone baked pizzas on the terrace through the summer months. The Boss Renowned independently owned boutique hotel and award-winning restaurant which have undergone a large renovation installing the latest equipment and technology. The existing brigade works well together, and the excellent Head Chef is looking to add to his team with a creative and passionate leader to join him as his Sous Chef. What we need from you Passion for quality and the desire to work in a well organized, large brigade serving some of the region’s best food You will have previous experience working to a minimum 2 x Rosette standard and will possess all the relevant qualifications that sit alongside a senior role such as this.
