Sous Chef – £35,000 – Exclusive Members Club – Immediate Start Available – Central London This exclusive members’ club is looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef to join its stable brigade. You will be creating fine British/European cuisine with a big emphasis on using only the best available seasonal produce and training available. There is a fine dining restaurant for up to 100 covers, a lounge/bar for up to 40 covers and private dining/banqueting facilities for up to 200 covers. This is a rare opportunity as you will be working under a former Michelin Starred Head Chef who will be personally overseeing the final stages of your career development. As Sous Chef, you will be working closely with the Head Chef on all sections and be responsible for ensuring that every dish produced is of the highest quality. You would also be responsible for training the junior chefs in the brigade as well as managing the kitchen in the absence of the head chef. A competitive starting salary of £35,000 per annum is available for the right Sous Chef.
