Regional Support Manager - London £55-65k DOE Bright Selection are delighted to represent a reputable provider of nursing and residential services for older people across the UK in their appointment of an experienced Home Manager to work as Regional Support Manager across London. The group are going through an accelerated period of growth through acquisition and as such are seeking to strengthen their management support and structure with the introduction of this new role. The focus of this role will be to ensure continued high service and care levels are achieved across all homes at all times. Requirements Proven track record as a Registered Home Manager within a care home for older people Evidence of delivering on quality initiatives and outcomes Nursing qualification and current NMC PIN is desirable but not essential Experience of managing good or above rated care homes Car driver Responsibilities Leadership and management of a care home with variable size and registration Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards Reporting to Senior Management on home performance Working on specific quality improvement projects for quality team For more information please contact Karen Hedger Bright Selection advertises roles on behalf of our clients.
