DIVISIONAL MANAGER- HVAC Up to £35,000 basic salary up to 20% commission, 25 days annual leave all bank holidays, pension and regular salary increase based on performance. Harrison Sands are working with a Wakefield based highly-successful independently owned agency who specialise within the technical and engineering sectors. With a strong presence in West Yorkshire, they are looking to increase their sector portfolio and welcome an HVAC specialist to the company to build an HVAC division around them, focusing on the supply of both temporary and permanent staffing solutions. What our client are looking for Ability to evidence your success recruiting within the HVAC sector, with a knowledge of the industry and an awareness of how to develop the division around you and where to develop business streams. We don't need you to be managing staff at the moment, but need applicants who have the personal approach to be able to develop into a team manager role and motivate staff around you. Ability to work from Wakefield Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm with an hour for lunch.
