DIVISIONAL MANAGER- CONTRACT LIFE SCIENCE £45,000 - 62,000 basic salary plus an amazing benefits package including up to 15% commission on all billings, 25 days annual leave plus your birthday off and two additional self-care days per year, 3.30pm Friday finish, monthly team drinks, meals and incentives, quarterly team trips plus holiday and city-break incentives, employee wellness programme, free snacks in office, free parking in Leeds centre for managers. I'm really proud to be partnering with a great Leeds boutique agency to help them grow their current permanent and long-term contract recruitment solutions into the temporary market, this company are well established within their current focus sectors of science and commercial engineering and medical recruitment and are particularly prevalent in the life sciences and medical devices industries globally. With 18 staff members across the business, they are at a growth point- all consultants are performing well with billings ranging from £140,000 - 400,000 GP annually, a steady profit flow, fully owned and maintained offices in Leeds city centre which can encompass a headcount increase and a strong senior management team. Although this business do supply contractors, particularly long-term they are looking for an established temporary/ contract recruiter from a professional/ skilled recruitment background who can work closely with the Managing Directors to build their contract and temporary division, taking it to the level of profitability that the permanent arm of the business is at, which they know it has the capability of. The Divisional Manager will focus on the life sciences and medical devices industries initially as this is where the more immediate contract requirements sit, although there is eventual capacity to develop contract/ temporary solutions business-wide so this is a massive opportunity for your personal growth and earning What our client are looking for in their chosen Divisional Manager A solid background within a 360 contract and temporary recruitment career, you must have a clear understanding of the temporary recruitment process, client negotiation and business win, supplier management and proven evidence of being able to work your way to either sole supplier or one of a select group of suppliers to your main client base. Proven evidence you can build a temporary recruitment desk, by way of MI or payslip evidence. A confident, professional and intelligent working manner. You will be supplying to clients and working with candidates who are often educated to Masters or PhD level, and are really making incredible changes to the world's scientific and medical future so it is important you can discuss their projects with passion and interest and understand how the contractors you place will influence their work overall. Drive and ambition, this is a divisional growth role so you need to have vision and put in the hard work to make yourself and your team a success An understanding or interest in the scientific sectors and ability to interpret technical job descriptions, this could be via your current recruitment market focus, A Level or degree study or an outside of work passion. What our client can offer you A comprehensive benefits package as outlined above and basic salary of up to £62,000 DOE. Contract commission which is paid on all GP and ranges from 5% to 15% of total billings.
