Overview
IT Helpdesk Analyst - Night Shift - 3 Month Contract A 3 month contract opportunity has become available for a Helpdesk Analyst with strong customer service skills and a good understanding of large and structured IT service desk environments. The position is based in Milton Keynes and approximately 5 minutes on foot from the main station. This role covers the APAC region and is night shifts. This contract represents a great opportunity for someone with outstanding communication skills that is looking to build on limited commercial IT support experience. Suitable candidates for this 3 month Helpdesk Analyst role will need the following skills and experience: 6 months commercial experience in a Helpdesk Analyst, Service Desk Analyst or 1st Line IT Support role Previous experience in large and structured service desk environments High level communication and customer service skills Experience supporting Windows 7 or 10, MS Office and basic network connectivity issues Exposure to service desk management software such as ServiceNow or similar Preferably some experience working in an ITIL reflective environment You will need to be registered to an Umbrella company to fulfil this contract Work pattern: Sunday-Thursday CB Resourcing operates as both an employment agency and an employment business.
