Agile Scrum Master - Delivery Leicester Competitive Salary plus bonus The Company: Our client is a successful and expanding trusted supplier of technology to the financial services industry and has a flat structure and employs many talented people who all work together. They are looking for a candidate who is able to fit into this structure and communicate with both business people and the development team. The Role: I am looking for an Agile Scrum Master - Delivery, who will be responsible for the effective delivery of wealth management software products and services to clients. The Scrum Master will co-ordinate and manage internal delivery teams including Business Analysts, Professional Services and Support using Agile methodology to facilitate successful delivery of multiple projects and products. You will help build and maintain project teams, ensuring they are motivated, communicating, collaborating and working well and be the first point of contact for internal stakeholders on delivery requirements. You will be responsible for the prioritisation of project, product and team deliverables and ensure the resolution of issues and blockers relating to the above deliverables. You will facilitate full Agile processes across the delivery team including the running of sprint ceremonies including daily stand-ups and planning meetings while sharing knowledge and delivering Agile coaching and mentoring across the delivery team.
