Overview
Agile Programme Lead Your new company Hays are excited to be partnering with a large public-sector organisation based in Leicester as they recruit for an Agile Programme Lead on a 1-year fixed term contract. You will be joining the organisation as they embark on an exciting digital transformation from which you will be involved from the core. Your new role You will be part of the Digital Services team and play a leading role shaping and implementing the organisations digital strategy. You will lead a multi-disciplined agile function to function delivering complex business change and channelling shift at pace. You will also be leading the organisations approach to digital customer service, using insight to get close to the customer understanding their needs. What you'll need to succeed Main duties: Lead a multi-disciplined service made up of two agile teams, ensuring that customer behaviour is at the heart of every decision Ensure the team develops relevant and up-to-date agile skills, knowledge and behaviours Ensure end-to-end digital processes are designed and implemented providing a high quality user experience Oversee the development of a robust and resourced backlog of projects which respond to business and customer need Continuously improve the quality and usability of the organisations websites and customer-facing digital services Strategically lead on the identification of business process improvements Monitor the performance of all agile projects and provide evidence of the overall effectiveness of the organisations digital strategy What you'll get in return In return you join an established team with a stable budget at an exciting time for the organisation. You will receive a salary of between £46,413 and £51,413 as well as a healthy public-sector benefits package. There is onsite parking and a canteen onsite.
