Agile Delivery Manager | Leicester | Home Working | Up to 50k You are the reason that things happen. You remove blockers, you keep the team focussed and you lead the stand ups. You are an Agile Delivery Manager. Hidden away in Leicester is a thriving company who need you. A company with a difference. This is a brand new role so you’ll be drawing on your knowledge of all frameworks (Scrum / Lean / Kanban) and acting as an Agile Coach for the engineering & product teams, bringing them together and holding them accountable. You will be both passionate & motivational, always willing to roll up your sleeves and get involved if and when it’s needed. So - What makes you a great Agile Delivery Manager? You take excuses away from the team, enabling them to deliver. You operate in the background, not by cracking the whip. You build relationships and keep the team together, focussed and organised. You help the team to prioritise and lead the stand ups. You implement structure and agile processes. You roll with the punches, taking responsibility & reacting fast in an environment where priorities are constantly changing. You understand that Agile isn’t a paint by numbers thing & you choose the solution based on the problem (not the other way around) You take a proactive approach to removing blockers for the team.
