In House Commercial Lawyer, Perm, Birmingham, Competitive Salary Your new company A leading multinational consultancy is looking to appoint it's first legal counsel to it's Birmingham based office. Your new role Your role is to assist the business in all legal matters with the delivery of high-quality legal advice in relation to all relevant matters to reduce risk and to ensure compliance with all of the company's policies and procedures and relevant legislation and regulation. What you'll need to succeed You will be a UK qualified solicitor, preferably up to 5 years PQE, from either an In-House or Private Practice background.
