Overview
Design Lead - Legal Services - Global Law firm We have a fantastic opportunity for a Design Thinking specialist to join this global law firm and lead its approach in using design thinking to identify new solutions and approaches to current and future challenges within the legal market. The role acts as a conduit, bridging the gap between the Legal and professional services teams, as well as technical experts and clients. Working within the Change and Innovation group, responsibilities will include: Designing and delivering design workshops across the firm's client base. Facilitate interactions between the firm's experts and its clients in order to solve unique business challenges Assisting with the set-up of design labs across international locations, sharing best practice, expertise and innovative thinking. Proactively engage and communicate with colleagues to drive understanding of the design framework and embed the methodology. Manage and communicate with senior stakeholders, ensuring that the design thinking offering creates value and engagement for both parties. You will be a Design Thinking enthusiast and subject matter expert, who has the energy and passion necessary to encourage collaborative, innovative and pragmatic thinking within large groups and at all levels. You will ideally have experience of working within Legal or Professional Services firm and be a passionate communicator with experience of delivering workshops and facilitating value-add discussions with multiple stakeholder's groups.
