Overview
Montash are partnered with customer experience Saas Provider who are looking to hire their first Product Manager. As the first product hire, you will help define and drive the future of the business. You’ll be responsible for the product, leading a cross functional development team. You will identify customer centered product development opportunities that align with the core business goals. You’ll do this by way of conducting user interviews and analysis of the user data, developing a deep understanding of the customer needs and applying your own experience and intuition. On a high level, you’ll tackle the following: Identify the product roadmap to align with user needs and business goals Continuously communicate with end and potential users to gather feedback and ultimately add value to the product Prepare the product for scale Actively test all new feature ideas online and offline Confidently communicate product initiatives, and technical activities with all stakeholders, including decision makers on the client side Prepare EPICs, sprints and user stories, communicating the sprint plans to the development team, working with the team to manage feature releases Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activity As a person: You’re results driven, hardworking and an excellent communicator 3 years experience working as a PM in an agile environment You have created product strategies and defined, owned and driven your own product vision You have repeated past success in leading cross organisational teams to deliver projects end-to-end, from MVP right through to adoption You have worked in a start-up before and familiar with the fast paced working environment You have experience in delivering a SaaS product f
