Overview
We are looking for a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with 0-5 years PQE to join our friendly and highly professional niche Private Client practice based in Penwortham, Preston. We are looking for someone who has experience of all aspects of Private Client work such as: Preparation of Wills including tax-efficient Wills Estate Planning Estate Administration Trusts Long Term Care Planning Lasting Powers of Attorney Court of Protection matters The successful candidate will help to strengthen a team which is continually growing and developing. We are looking for someone who is confident and personable with a real focus on service delivery. We are prepared to consider applications from qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives who are currently working in another area of law, who have an interest in Private Client work and are committed to moving into this challenging area.
