Junior Recruitment Consultant Specialist Financial Recruitment Consultancy Location: Liverpool Street, Central London Salary: Basic starting salary of £22,000 plus unrivalled commission - OTE Year 1 £30,000-45,000; OTE Year 2 £45,000-75,000; OTE Year 3 £75,000-100,000 ESG Recruitment are the exclusive supplier to this internationally recognised specialist Financial Services Recruitment company. The team source and recruit high performance Finance professionals on a contract, contact-to-permanent or permanent basis and are constantly evolving in line with financial market place. What does this mean to you as a Graduate or Trainee Level Candidate? Working for this company you will be engaging in cutting-edge Recruitment. You’ll be trained as a specialist in a key focus area and your daily responsibilities will be to generate and qualify candidates, generate business leads, present candidates to your client, manage the candidate recruitment interview process and manage the placement process. The dedicated Learning & Development Team will work with you from Day One of your employment and support you through a combination of classroom based training, one-to-one coaching and mentoring throughout every stage of your Recruitment career. We are looking for high-calibre candidates who are either Graduates or 2nd Jobbers with some commercial, sales or telephone-based experience that are very ambitious, hardworking and have a track record of excellence within sports or academia.
