Overview
Are you an experienced Painter? Do you have knowledge in the Domestic housing sector? You will be required to complete various painting & decorating jobs to domestic properties. You may also be required to carry out some day to day maintenance, so experience within the social housing sector is desirable. Responsibilities : Liaising with the client and other professionals. Covering all aspects of Painting and Decorating including; Measuring surface areas to work out what materials are required to complete the job. Stripping off existing wallpaper or paint. Applying layers of paint and / or hanging wallpaper Work efficiently and economically in accordance with the current Safety Regulations Provide excellent customer service to customers Work as part of a team, providing an all round P&D service The candidate; Social Housing Experience NVQ Qualified/City and Guilds Qualified (Desirable) Experience working within tenanted properties If you are interested in this role, please call Kayley Johnson on Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
