Global Business Excellent Company Benefits Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger My client is a £50M turnover wholesaler based in South Manchester. They’re looking to hire an Accounts Payable Clerk to join a team of 2 in the Accounts Payable team and report into the Financial Controller of a wider Finance team of 9. The successful l Accounts Payable or Purchase Ledger clerk will manage an on going ledger of around £200,000 and will be used to working in a fast paced environment. Key responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the accounts payable process Reconciliation of statements Settle payments of all approved invoices Allocation of supplier payments Responsible for the effective administration of invoices within a team Liaising with internal departments and external 3rd parties Display a positive attitude in a flexible environment taking on new challenges and training Account reconciliations Essential before you apply: Must have previous Accounts experience Experience with SAP Experience in Retail, FMCG or Wholesale would be advantageous but not essential The salary for the role is up to £21,000 base benefits and career progression.
