Public Practice specialists Taylor Rose Recruitment have been instructed on a fantastic opportunity with a leading firm of accountants in Stockport who are seeking an Accounts & Audit Semi Senior to join their team. This progressive firm boasts a diverse client portfolio, giving their team exposure to a broad range of clients from an array of industry sectors. The ideal candidate will be experienced in assisting with external audit assignments of a variety of clients, the preparation of year-end financial statements and will be studying towards the ACA / ACCA qualifications. Duties and Responsibilities: Assisting on external audits Audit planning, field work and stock takes Year-end statutory accounts preparation Preparation of corporation tax computations Visiting clients at their premises Dealing with client queries Requirements: ACA / ACCA Student/ Part Qualified AAT Qualified also considered Knowledge of FRS 102 UK GAAP Experience of working in practice is essential Experience of assisting on Audit assignments For further information on this role please contact Dan Watson at Taylor Rose Recruitment
