Overview
Compliance Manager - About The Client: Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a large housing association who are looking to appoint a Compliance Manager for a 3 month temporary contract based in Merseyside. Compliance Manager - About The Role: Monitor the delivery of the whole compliance function including the management of relevant contracts to ensure full compliance Monitor and mange the delivery of all contracts for Gas, Fire, Asbestos, Legionella and Electrical in relation to statutory obligations Lead the compliance team to ensure full compliance with all statutory and regulatory obligations Report on compliance contracts, implementing the appropriate performance framework for each contract Analyse, assess and interpret risk assessment recommendations for high level risks Commission work from both internal colleagues and external contractors Manage and monitor the void process including budgets, audits and improvement plans Compliance Manager - What You Need : In depth knowledge of compliance legislation within Social Housing You will have excellent stakeholder management skills with a track record of building strong working relationships Able to manage contracts, budgets and have a clear understanding of risk management and compliance
