Job title: Client Services Manager Location: Grays Inn Road Salary: Competitive Type: Full-time, Permanent JOB PURPOSE The Service Delivery organisation incorporates two core organisational units within Kantar Media, namely Client Services and Production. The Service Delivery organisation is central to every aspect of media monitoring client services and is headed by the Service Delivery Director. In this fast paced and exciting Kantar function, the Client Services Manager is responsible for ensuring that clients are serviced in line with standards set out by their Sector Head and the Director of Client Services. The role is both responsive and proactive and the role-holder will take pride in meeting and exceeding client expectations. The Client Services Manager will take clear ownership of client issues from start to finish and will always ensure that their clients’ issues are addressed. The Client Services Manager must be able to form excellent relationships with their clients, ensuring that they are dealt with efficiently and effectively. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintaining an understanding of clients’ briefs and requirements, and ensuring that these are kept accurate and up to date Responding to client-communicated changes to brief and set up, ensuring that all requests are accurately logged, communicated and followed up Providing advice and guidance relating to change requests, and ensuring an in-depth knowledge of the media monitored by Kantar Media in order to aid in this process By taking a keen interest in clients, you will be expected to proactively identify and anticipate client needs Communicating with the client to understand and address reported issues, either through direct action or interfacing with the relevant group or department Ensuring that all reported issues are accurately logged, investigated, resolved and followed up Arranging and attending face to face service meetings with clients, alongside Account Consultants to build and maintain strong client relationships Ensuring close and well-coordinated communication with the Business Development department in relation to both service provision and client contact and relationships WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR… Extensive knowledge and experience of providing client services A team approach, communicating effectively with colleagues to achieve best working practices Commercial outlook and techniques Analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to plan, prioritise and deliver to tight deadlines Organisational, administrative and IT skills A high level of interpersonal and influencing skills Excellent communication abilities, oral and written Resilience An interest in media and press
