Overview
Full Time Sales and Leasehold Officer position based in Stretford paying £29k Your new company A social housing organisation are looking to appoint a new Head of Sales and Leasehold manager due to growth and new development plans. Your new role The key aim of this role is to provide a high quality service to Leaseholders and shared owners ensuring they are managed in accordance with the terms of their lease, legislation, regulation and best practice. You will be responsible for providing an end to end service to any lease holders or shared owners. You will be the first point of contact for all home ownership enquiries, and will be conversant with relevant lease hold legislation (interpreting long leases, head leases and management and service level agreements) You will be liaising with estate agents, solicitors and lenders on new sales in addition to tendering and negotiating new and existing contracts. You will also be responsible for liaising with the internal finance ream and set and prepare budgets and year end accounts and finally managing sales of new shared ownership properties including marketing through to sales completion. This is a full time role working 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday. What you'll need to succeed To be successful you will need proven previous experience in a similar role ideally in the social housing sector, you must have an understanding of leasehold management and be confident in your ability to provide a strong end to end customer experience. You must have a current driving licence and access to transport as visits to sites will be required as part of this role.
