This role is crucial to their success, as Roofing Project Manager you will manage every project from start to finish, ensuring that each job is completed on time and within budget to their exacting standards. Excellent communication between the client, the team and the managing director is key. As an experienced Project Manager, you will be in charge of organising quotes, ordering materials for the job, stock control, assigning teams to each job and managing both timelines and budget. Your ability to deliver both cost-saving solutions, and concise reports to the MD will be essential. - Project Management Qualification - Several years' experience of project management (ideally roofing projects) - Roofing or site experience - Strong understanding of all aspects of the contracting process including construction and contract law - MS Office skills - Full UK Driving Licence - Great people management skills, able to delegate, give feedback and handle challenging situations - Well organised and proactive Benefits: - Basic salary will range from £35,000 - 28 days annual leave per annum (including bank holidays) - Company vehicle - Free on site parking It will be a requirement for you to travel throughout the South West to carry out site visits, meet with commercial clients and members of staff on site. Their office is easily accessible from the A30 in Cornwall, and close to the nearby towns of St. Columb Major, Newquay, Wadebridge, Padstow, Truro and St. Austell.
