A fantastic opportunity has come up for a brilliant Team Assistant or who is an ambitious and switched on graduate to join a boutique consulting firm in Bank The Team Assistant Role: - 50/50 hybrid Team Assistant / Researcher Role - Meeting and greeting clients - Answering telephones and fielding calls - Researching content for documents and presentations - Proof-reading documents - Administrative support to a small buzzy team - Immediate start. Temporary to permanent contract For the Team Assistant the ideal candidate would be: - Graduate from a top University or similar - Has six months experience working in an office environment - Ambitious and quick-learner - Positive and proactive attitude - Fantastic organisational skills - Great eye for detail
