The Partner Administration team is a specialist group, within our HR Service function, whose responsibilities include coverage of our Partner Helpdesk and Partner Administration activities. Supporting Partners throughout the UK and Swiss firm with a whole range of activities from advice on policies and processes through to the provision of business support for regulatory and reporting requirements, no two days are the same. Your role Be the first point of contact for our customer queries via phone, web chat and email providing high quality advice and guidance Provide a client focused experience though the timely and accurate management of administrative processes, such as (but not limited to): Reward and payroll, Onboarding processes, Maternity/Paternity/Adoption, Flexible working and other general administrative processes Personal ownership of all case management including Provision of MI on the Partnership of Deloitte LLP Data analysis, review and consolidation of MI from other Deloitte NSE firms Your work, your choice Location: Cardiff Suggested work pattern: Shift pattern between 8am and 6pm, Monday - Friday. Your professional experience The ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills Experience working in an administrative role Has attention to detail and a high level of organisational skills The ability to multitask across a range of processes and procedures, prioritizing your workload according to individual deadlines Enjoy working in a busy, fast paced team environment Uses initiative to investigate queries and propose suitable solutions Experience of Word, Excel and Outlook is essential and knowledge of SAP or similar HR systems is desirable Data analysis and strong excel skills desirable Your service line: Internal Services At Deloitte, we’re all about collaboration.
