South London Salary: £38,000 - £35,000 bonus OTE 40k Location South London A smaller independent business is looking for General Manager to oversee this great bar in South London, a little “sparkle” will happen in 2020, so an exciting time to oversee the development and look to the new vision of this bar. Weekly sales rom £15,000 - £19,000 strong wet sales, food will be coming to the business in 2020 MUST be confident – outgoing and love to create a fun party vibe All about the personality – key to being successful The General Manager role As General Manager you will be responsible for the daily operations of the bar and overall operations of this site This is a lovely little business enormously popular with post work drinkers, late night party people & everyone in between – many locals This role will revolve around maintaining high standards, promoting cross training between the bar & restaurant plus delivering excellent service first time every time The General Manager Person My client has a strong focus on building, motivating & retaining teams of staff and you will need demonstrated experience in this area.
