You will be expected to have amazing work ethic and a no non-sense approach to delivering amazing food and leadership while maintaining high standards of service and quality, Have a great understanding and be able to uphold EHO standards and deliver these standards throughout the kitchen. While being able to deliver service and manage a brigade of chefs when needed in the head chef’s absence is essential. Your Experience & Our Requirements Ideally, you will have experience working with fresh produce delivering amazing aesthetically-pleasing dishes. Rosette experience would be great but not essential. However a willingness to work as part of a team, have an amazing get up and go work ethic and a passion for fresh food as well as a desire to progress and improve as a chef is. Your Future As The Successful Candidate As a successful candidate you will benefit from: No split shifts, a 45-hour working week, and a generous salary of between £28,000 and £32,000 DoE.
