Senior Sous Chef required for hotel in Manchester Salary: £ 28,000 - £ 32,000 DoE Your New Employer Is based in the heart of Manchester and has run one of the best hotels in the city for many years They pride themselves on excellent service and standards and expect you to the same. This is a branded establishment and offers an amazing company benefits package. Your New Job As a senior Chef, passion for quality and a family mentality towards work is essential. You will be expected to have amazing work ethic and a no non-sense approach to delivering amazing food and leadership while maintaining high standards of service and quality, Have a great understanding and be able to uphold EHO standards and deliver these standards throughout the kitchen. While being able to deliver service and manage a brigade of chefs when needed in the head chef’s absence is essential. Your Experience & Our Requirements Ideally, you will have experience working with fresh produce delivering amazing aesthetically-pleasing dishes. Rosette experience would be great but not essential. However a willingness to work as part of a team, have an amazing get up and go work ethic and a passion for fresh food as well as a desire to progress and improve as a chef is. Your Future As The Successful Candidate As a successful candidate you will benefit from: No split shifts, a 45-hour working week, and a generous salary of between £28,000 and £32,000 DoE.
