I am currently on the lookout for Experienced Sous Chef from a diverse Restaurant background to help lead an amazing, unique Restaurant concept. Delivering an incredible menu of authentic Eastern Cuisine, this is an exciting and young business on the foot of development and expansion. The ideal candidate would come from a background working under a branded restaurant structure and have fresh food experience. Working in high volume environments, relevant experience as a Head chef in a quality environment would be required. You will understand how to manage stocks have a thorough knowledge of all Back of House paperwork including due diligence and above all else, passion for great food.
