SOUS CHEF WANTED FOR HIGH END, CITY RESTAURANT My Client is looking for a Sous Chef with experience in high volume, quality fresh food restaurants or Gastro pubs to help lead and manage the kitchen of this City Restaurant. The Package on offer is salary of up to £40K. There is menu creativity, seasonal changes and great produce on hand as quality is never sacrificed in this group.
