An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client based near Maidenhead for an Assistant Manager This gastro pub has a very good local following and is well known for producing quality food and excellent service The role This vibrant property is looking for an individual to effectively assist in running the operation along with management reporting into the General Manager. The successful Assistant Manager will be able to proactively train and develop a strong, keen and eager team with the emphasis on achieving consistent high quality standards in food and beverage sales and service at all times. You will have a proven track record in managing busy restaurants for at least three years and be able to hit the ground running.
