Role Theatre Healthcare Assistant Role Type Full Time - 37.5hr, Monday - Saturday Location Ilford Salary Up to 18.727 plus benefits Health Care Assistants (or HCA's as they often referred to) at Care UK come from all walks of life. About the role As a Health Care Assistant in our Bristol team you'll be responsible for coordinating the patient lists and activities including teaching, administration, stock control and equipment maintenance. Above all, you have a natural ability to help make the lives of others more fulfilling and want to work in an environment where the work can be hard, but also fun and rewarding. Having already achieved your BLS certificate you will be willing to compete your NVQ level 3 if you haven't already and it would be an advantage if you have worked in acute healthcare envrionment. More important though is your flexibility, your knowledge of infection control, belief in teamwork and your ability to use your initiative, follow instructions and prioritise a busy workload.
