Excellent Pastry Chef Opportunity with Luxury Hotel A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at our client based near Guildford for a Pastry Chef de Partie to work in their luxury Hotel and work in the fine dining restaurant alongside a talented and experienced Head Chef. You need to be a strong and capable Pastry Chef who will assist with both restaurant fine dining, afternoon teas and small functions/banqueting The Role Running and managing the hotel kitchen Encouraging and managing the Junior Chefs Preparing Breads, Pastries & Desserts using fresh produce to AA rosette levels Restaurant, Afternoon Teas & Function Work The Person You will already be a Pastry Chef de Partie Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills Experience of working in Hotels/Restaurants ideally to AA rosette levels Highly motivated and focused.
