Head Chef Iconic Luxury hotel in Milton Keynes, is seeking an ambitious Head chef, whom is not only dynamic, but has good and current modern food trends and is looking to step up their career to the next level. As the Head chef you would have autonomy of menu planning and offers through the hotel, form a 100 seater restaurant, to functions and events set at the highest of standards for up to 150 covers. With over 100 rooms. Overseeing a team of 7 Inventory control Financial acumen Knowledge and experience of GP management Stock control and wastage management Team training and ongoing development The Person- Head Chef At least two full years' experience at Head chef level within a hotel kitchen Fresh food background. Experience of multi facility Sous or Head chef experience (EG. Banqueting, restaurant, Weddings) Ability, passion and drive Can do attitude. Approachable and personable persona Ability to multi task and delegate at all required levels.
