The Head Chef is looking for a Demi Chef de Partie, with previous experience of cooking in Rosette standard Hotels. This would be an excellent opportunity for a Commis Chef looking to step up. As Demi Chef de Partie, you would be trained to work in all sections of the kitchen and get continuous training, with the opportunity to complete further NVQs; available for those candidates wishing to further develop.
