Head Chef – Contract Catering – Mon to Fri – £40k – Kensington Our client is firmly established as one of London’s Top Contract Caterers. They are seeking the skills of a Head Chef to oversee one there smaller more intimate sites over site in Kensignton. As Head chef you must come from a stable background working in current contract unit and held the same role previously. The site caters for around 100 covers over breakfast and lunch on a daily basis while offering hospitality as and when required. Hospitality is going to grow over time with it being used as a new focus for the client needs. You must be highly creative, be on trend and a self-motivated professional Head chef. Role Info Supervising teams of 3 You will be regularly involved in liaising with the client CEO Thorough interest in current market trends and initiatives Financially astute Staff Dining Hospitality Person Profile Effective team working and networking skills and the ability to work independently using own initiative. The ability to plan, prioritise and organise workload.
